Service Description

This 1-to-1 Yoga is brought to you at home. It begins with time to talk about your needs, experience and goals. Amy will create a personal yoga plan for you and guide you through it in the comfort of your own home. You will be given a written copy to keep, allowing you to continue the practice in your own time between sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are confirmed once your booking request has been approved. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
